HoM Account based still going ahead?

just a quick question about this update thats coming....

i thought they said the HoM Account wide modifications were due april and am just a tad (ok majorly) concerned about that fact it hasn't been mentioned anywhere atm and this is the main reason i stopped playing gw atm, since i can't and dont want to complete my HoM character based

There will be an NPC to switch.

If you don't switch, you stick to character-based.

Good luck with that, though. I'll go for character. I'm the player, they are my puppets. I'm the one pulling the strings, I deserve the merit, not them.

oh tyvm just was wondering why they mentioned everythin else and not HoM and feared it might be a delay thing and be out in may instead, so gd to hear its still coming !

They didn't mention everything. It was implied there was still a surprise or two to be revealed.

There will be. There always is.

Remember al other content upgrades. There is always something never mentioned that is revealed at the last minute as a little surprise.

I'm excited for this to come out. Now I can play my alts without feeling like I could be filling it up on my ranger!

same as above just change ranger to ele for me

+1 Yeah that's one of the reasons I don't want to play other characters at the moment!

As Lyphen and others have said, I too am excited about this because now I feel less obligated to stick with one single PvE character.

funny how that's exactly what I think, even the ranger part (r/rit)

I don't quite understand what they mean about the generic statue for the armor, do they just make a dull statue of you in your current armor (like the heroes) and give it a name like: Paragon Norn Armor?

Until grind titles are account wide, its not that big a deal. You still have to stick with one for a finshed title.

Tho its good for getting those armors from GWEN.

I assume it means the way when you add a hero they are wearing a given armor and not neccessarily the one you gave them. However in our case it will show a basic character of your proffesion with that armor..maybe they re-use the models from the first HoM and what that was like
