If i lose my account

Just a quick question, if i lose my account, and i want to get it back, do i need all 4 access keys? because i could only find 2

I'm assuming you mean that you lost your game files and such, not your account. All you need to do is go to the Guild Wars website and download the game from there. Your account is on their servers, not your computer; you should be able to log in to your account once you get the game downloaded and installed.

In other words, no need for your access keys.

No, i mean if i lose access to my account...like...for instance i get hacked and i want my account back

wouldnt have anything to do with selling your account to gold sellers then trying to retrieve it back via anet would it?

Contact support and they will tell you...

give them as much info as you had supply them with info like chars name profession and possibly level the more you can give em the more they believe its your account. i had to do it once i didnt even supply them with the numbers but gave em enough info about the account they determined it was mine.

Same as rick. File a support case. They will reply back asking for keys. Give them the keys you have plus tell them the other chapters you own. Give them as much info as possible like you bought it in a box or by digital download. Include all the main characters you have.
