Alright, gonna post my favourite for each of these profs:
Monk:

i can never work pvxwiki its sad >.<
also im running one monk and sometimes a hench healer. i need skills geared more to saving energy and healing the party with a monk and warrior or some hero to do heavy damage.

1. There is no real need to "work" PvXWiki - it's a case of clicking on one link, but to save you the bother I'll paste that link here.
2. Asking for builds outright is against the forum guidelines, and also downright lazy. People aren't here to churn out builds until we find one you like. Give us some clues and post some builds you're trialling to give people an idea of what sort of team builds you're wanting to run.
3. The Stickied Guide (Section 8, FAQ #1) at the top of the Hero & AI sub forum contains a specimen Monk build, since this question is asked so often.
For all the above reasons, this thread is now closed.
