So what's the secret to hm kilroy boxing?
Gift3d
Can't seem to figure out what it is. I finished all 3 campaigns on my survivor and capped a bunch of skills and still need a few hundred thousand experience to get to r3, so i've been trying boxing in hm. I don't get it. Kilroy stays dead for all of the difficult areas, he dies and doesn't res until you clear out all the dwarves, but 3 dwarfs spawn, kill you in ~2-3 seconds, you stand up in front of them and they clamp the vice on your ballsack right away and before you know it, you're back down. Really? I've gotta be missing something. Maybe there's a way to stop that crazy Kilroy from eating shit then staying face down in it until all the dwarves are gone? I know you PvE pros will undoubtedly be able to shine some light on the subject. So thanks in advance!

draw aggro and learn how to block/interrupt/kd attack skills
but this is pretty much unnecessary since you cannot die in dwarven boxing anyways
its only if you wanna be pro at dwarven boxing and win without being kd'd

when entering the room with the many summit dwarves waiting to kick your ass, you can rush in before kilroy and aggro the central group towards the door. Helps a bit, since you will be dealing with a smaller group and not be overwhelmed

I think the key is rushing even faster then kilroy so you take the aggro from the monsters, since you get +300hp for every kill and kilroy will die eventually. Pulling monsters also helps, especially at the last room. Another thing to consider is not using your skills on the last monster of a group so you can instantly kill one of the next group. Sometimes letting kilroy die is better because he will have full health for the next group.
Hope that helps.. I deleted my survivor before it got legendary because of boredom -.-
EDIT: Another thing that helps is properly modding your equipment. Putting +10 vs physical insignia on your armor and +7 vs physical on the knuckles will make you take less damage.

Another tip is to look for the critter Kilroy is fighting. The two of you can take down on faster than just you. When all your skills are recharged, you can quickly take one out on your own (I think it's 7,5,3 combo) for a quick health boost.
Also pull the guys from the big room to the door. Its hard to hold them there (pulling them to the door as they go hostile), but you can get about half the room before Kilroy makes his way to the center.
Remember, Headbutt is your friend. Use it to lower the damage coming your way. I rarely ever block unless I am going into combat. With three guys attacking you all at once, I think that getting more adrenaline or killing one for the health boost is a better use of a skill. Use the block for your initial charge, or while kiting them away from Kilroy so he can res.

Practice over and over in NM to learn some tricks. Been a while, but doing it to get legendary survivor helps. Learn sequences that kill quick and feed adrenaline to kill next one fast also. Basically, try to end battles with full adrenaline for aggro on next group, and try to stay ahead of Kilroy so you pull aggro. When Kilroy dies, pull mob away from him so he respawns... Click *AND* key spam 8 when 'dead'...
Tearmaker
If your not trying to do it fast, get a vamp long bow. You can use it to pull and you can kill archer's from outside argo range... it takes a while but really cuts down on damage and makes getting though the whole thing really simple.
Seraphim Angel
So you are going for r3 survivor? Why not just do NM? A few thousand XP is nothing NM is cake with Light bringer scrolls you can get around 22k-23k XP in about 8 min.

HM is 20 points towards EotN title...
pumpkin pie
do normal mode to get yourself familiar with the skills set, when use correctly you cut down damage done to you. if not mistaken i think 2 is block, also you must work up the adrenaline. and always try to draw then away from a group, and get the Ranger first, they daze you and you can't block.
Eragon Zarroc
if it still is beyond u, just finish out the rest of ur exp doing it in nm. scrolls +quest reward is modest exp for nm.

I've found it pretty easy to clear the last big room with good positioning. When you clear the room with rangers, come up to the 3 dwarves in the center but don't aggro yet. Wait for Kilroy to come, and when he shouts "Kilroy Stonekin" charge in. If you manage to kill at least one dwarf before Kilroy comes (helps if you have your skills ready so you can 7-6-5) you will heal and Kilroy will come and attack. Since the dwarves attack the one with less hp, they will always attack you, you will heal fast enough not to be knocked down, and Kilroy will stand there with full hp attacking. I've managed to do the room without being KDed at all, and it's really fast.. Just takes a bit of practice.

doing hm killroy with ele atm :]
it's not that hard when you get the hang of it.
Just remember that Kilroy dies real fast and resses if no enemies are around. Also never let killroy take agro here and take it yourself aside from boss battles(killroy will help kill wich heals you faster that way).
Start is pretty straight forward kill the group of 2 and go the group of 4.
You might die at the group of 4 once, but try pulling only the melees and let em walk to you.
next up you have a room where 3 enemies run away and a ettin and ranger stay behind, i usually rush in to kill the ettin and killroy kills the ranger. Kill the 3 runners after that they're easy.
Now you'll be in a large room with wolves and some summit melees, i almost always go left and take out the summit then wolf and help killroy with the right side.
Next part can be tough if you rush it to much, just kill the 2 melees at the entrance and lure some of the melees in the cave to you (don't go in to far). keep luring the melees till you got only the rangers left, and then rush to kill those, Killroy often lures the melees anyway and should revive when the melees are dead and also charge for the rangers.
The round room will be one of the toughest fights, lots of summit will rush at you in teams of 3, just rush in and stand before killroy so you take all agro and fight like crazy (block skill is a must here). once all dwarves in the circle are killed the 2 dwarves next to the boss will start to fight and the boss will also attack shortly after, this part is rather tricky as he can disrupt almost all your skills, it seems to be better to let killroy tank this one and kill of the other dwarves first and then focus on the boss. Alone he's real easy.
Last is the fight vs the endboss and the ettin, wait for killroy to start moving towards them(or he'll let you fight solo for a while), then rush in and attack the ettin, if all goes well you can easily kill the ettin and then the boss.
And a few sidenotes about equips and strategy:
- all mobs seem to hit with physical dmg, so consider anti physical insignia's or dagger tang
- use a furious dagger tang for faster adrenaline gain
- kill the rangers and ettins first (rangers spam skills alot more)
- for getting up you can set button 8 under several buttons i believe, but just clicking the skill (with mouse) and pressing 8 (on keyboard) alot works even for 50 energy
- consider bringing xp scrolls, the 10 min one is best imo cause killroy can't ruin that

Just use sweets (that one that offers 25 % skill activation, forgot the name). Also get armor +10 vs psychical, also +7 armor vs psy on your gold 'daggers' that has been given to you recently. Attack the same target as kilroy does, do not let him rush through, go and "tank". And remember NOT TO spam all the attack skills. Block skill is cancelled when you USE attacking skill during that. So auto-attacking, even if its 0 damage, is still better than spamming 10 damage skill during block-in-ness. Practise, and you can finish the qeust in 10 minutes without any trouble at all.
Expherious
Kill the crushers before the carvers and kill the rangers before the warriors you should be fine.
