Okay so ive emailed the supports and ncsoft and all of that, its been a week and theres no answer from them :- / so hopefully someone here had the same problem and fixed it.
anyways. so, i had prophecies on an email account like 2 years ago. and then recently i decided to get nightfall but accidently activated it on an other email account. and now if i try to use the serial code from nightfall on my prophecies account (since its got alot of progressed characters in it), it says that its in use. but there are no characters or anything in the nightfall acount.
i tried to go to ncsoft account management but on that page only my nightfall account is included in my ncsoft account. not the prophecies and there is no deactivation button in it like the ncosft guidelines says...
i also thought maybe its because i only have one game account on my ncsoft account thats why it wont let me cancle it, but there is no add an other account button...
so is there anyway to deactivate the nightfall email so i can use the serial?
thanks!
Serial and Account issues. HELP!

Support has been known to cancel an account that was accidentally created separately. Just stay with it, and don't bother using the nightfall account until the issue is resolved. When they merge them, any progress made on the nightfall account will be deleted, all characters and items gone.

so i have to wait for them then eh... ah that sucks... its been a week ><

They can merge the accounts, just be patient. What i find funny is how so many people do this. Didn't you stop and think when it asked you for an email account, "hm shouldn't this be the same as my other account?"
Vizjerie
nope, because inbetween prophecies and nightfall is a 3 year gap that i didnt touch the game. so i just went with teh account that's appeared on screen which happens to be the one with nothing >.> then i later realize it was a different email...

Hope they sort it soon
Its a pity the software isn't sophisticated enough to realise the error when we don't
A simple detection of other versions already installed or just a pointed reminder of the differences between GW games on a single account and Multiple game accounts.

Did you get the usual automated response? If not, then resubmit. If yes, then just be patient.

As long as one stops for 5 seconds and thinks, this shouldn't be needed. That's just what i think. As for the original question, as long as you provided both CD-keys and various proof that the account is yours, you should be fine.

Very true and I haven't made the mistake myself yet though it takes me 10 seconds these days.
I just think software should allow for dim users esp when its something they cannot fix themselves with a reinstall.
