WTBuy Shield: +hp always(28 or more) -2/3 modifier, Paying many ecto for near perf!

Hi all,

I'd like a max armor shield with

- req 9 or less
- at least +28 (always)
- a minus 2 or 3 modifier (i.e. chance 10%, stance, hex)

I'd prefer either TALL, ETERNAL, or DEFENDER (aka tower) skin please, but if you have others please feel free to post.

My perfect shield is req 8, +28, -2 chance 10% eternal (+30 would probably be too much expensive: i.e. I don't have millions to spend).
