I would like to ask what you use for warrior weapons in pve, I have been using 15/-5e, 20/20, +5 armor hand axe for quite a while now. I wonder what's your take on this.

Thanks.

Depends alot on build. if its adrealine build 15/-5 Vamp/Zeal/furious and 30hp is great, but If the build uses energy most and has stances 15^st is great, aswell as 15^50.

Its nice as a warrior to carry multiple weapons. If you use an adrenaline heavy build furious mod is a good choice if not the best even. I believe in addition to this it is very nice to carry one elemental weapon for elemental damage, this provides good damage on warrior classes and high armor. The type is purely based on need. Ice is good with spinal shivers, fire is good with mark or rodgort, you may want to run a element to use conjure from the elementalist line, and the monster type comes into account.
As far as the others I would pack a vampiric, this might be a good mod for your existing axe to gain hp in degen situations, or for spam damage with skills like triple chop, whirling attack ect.
Then the last axe I would have IMO is a zealous with +5 energy, this is very handy for situations as you may guess where you need energy. Weapon switching is a very huge asset to master and technically there is not best compared to a combo or many greats.

as far as the insignias and defensive mods, +30hp or 5 armor~ and I personally like 15^50 above all

My opinion/general community consensus is in the War sticky.

Btw, 15^50 and 15/stance are generally better than 15/-5. Unless your team is really bad, if you're under 50% you're either about to die or about to be healed; thus 15^50 doesn't have any real downside. 15/-5 just means less flexibility (though it might not matter much if you tend to only run one adr based build.)
