Different starting dates for the 4th Y,A?

On Guildwars.com, the official starting date for the 4th year celebtration is Thursday 23rd.

However, on the in game announcements, the date is listed as Friday 24th.

So which is it? One day I'm working and the other I'm not.

I picked up on that too. I made a point of telling the guild that it began on Thursday because it said so on the official site.

If it's not, I will be telling my therapist about this. c(_)

The decorations go up on the 23rd along with the Zaishen Menagerie, Storage, etc update. The actual birthday NPCs and Boardwalk don't appear until Friday.
