Hi,
This is my first post here, so sorry for the potential noobness of this build (or if it is already known):
[Instable Wastrel;OwBi0xj8wmleGfEmCj/NBFAA]
The basic idea is to reproduce the spike of a BackBreaker sin, but with a shadow step: cast MoI, time WC, then the spike. The disadvantage: it relies on the hex mark of instability, it should not be removed before twisting fang. However with a good timing this is a short window of time.
Is it viable (I only tried it a few times in RA, it works quite well but I am not very good) ?
Thank you for your constructive feed back !

Johny bravo
20s cool down with nothing but auto attack. Interesting combo though

Everybody already uses this.

Monk using an anti knockdown skill = collapse of build.

wow you pointed out that a build has a weakness, you must be proud.
I must say, the only problem I find with this is the casting time for mark of instability. I like to be able to just get straight in there. My only qualm.

[palm strike] and [backbreaker] > this
also, no ias, easy to counter so its even worse than an ordinary collapse spiker.

Thanks for the comments,
I agree that the 20 seconds recharge is long, but however with a BB sin, you still have the 15's recharge of twisting fang. It is still 3-4 seconds less than this wastrel build, but you lose the surprise effect of shadow step (with MoI it is less of a surprise however...).
Of course you could put an IAS instead of Dash, so no prob about that. You lose the "run" part of hit-and-run, but gain less reaction time for your target.
btw I am not arguing that this build is better than BB or PS or whatever, I just say that it might bring a new way to start the BB spike.

I like the idea behind the chain, but as others have said, 20sec of auto-attacking is sub-par for a Sin. If an unwary target or a slack Monk gets hit with this, it's gonna be painful, but I don't think that it's worth the 20sec downtime.

Again the problem is that every single attack on the bar has a prerequisite timed to Wastrel's Collapse's 20 second recharge. (Well, if you don't count Shock), and if the KD doesn't succeed you're screwed.
