Hi!
I got 2 questions.
First. Does [deadly paradox] description mean that the skills recharge faster only when its active or until the skill have completly recharged.
Second. If you place a rune on your armor, can you salvage it off the armor if you want to change armor? Please answer!

1) as long as the skill starts to recharge while [deadly paradox] is in affect then it will have a shortened rechage time.
2) yes you can slavage the rune off armour but beware all salvage kits, apart from perfect, have a slight chance of destroying the item the rune is attached to

yeah, any skill used while in deadly paradox will recharge 33% faster, even after the stance falls off. (otherwise it wouldn't be very useful since it's not a very long lastind stance ;-)).
and yeah, if pulling runes off of armor, get perfect salvage kits. they are much cheaper than a broken piece of elite armor. ;-)

Yes, but as has been said, unless it's a perfect salvage kit, there's a change that it will destroy the piece of armor that the rune was attached to. And that chance is not "slight," as someone put it.
The only exception is when you're taking runes off heroes' armor: salvaging will never destroy armor in that case.
