Guild looking for players for GvG

Hey,

I am tried to looking for guilds that people know what they are doing it gets trisome. So me and a friend though of making a guild to find the people to make it go somewere. Honestly idc what rank you are all i care about is if ur smart enough to know how to play properly (aka not overextending, and nearly uax on the class you wish to play.) If i had to put a rank next to it then probly G2+ or R3+.
