Now, i saw shadows version of the alchemist...which really isn't an alchemist in my perspective so i decided to redo it. Some people think its just making objects into gold, or forming transmutation circles to make different objects, now the first one sounds boring for any game, so lets choose the second one shall we? I should mention that i love FMA! And for the FMA lovers out there, i hope you know they started a new series not to long ago called Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood. Now back to this! THIS IS MEANT FOR GW2
AL: 60
Energy: same as ele
Weapons: It would sort of be drawing tools for your transmutation circles.
Casting time in guild wars=Drawing the Transmutation circle
Attributes:
(Primary) Alchemy Mastery: For 1 every rank in this attribute...you gain a 2% chance of performing alchemy spells without a transmutation circle.
Potion Alchemy: No inherit effect. Every rank in this attribute increases the effectiveness of metal alchemy.
Forbidden Alchemy: No inherit effect. Every rank in this attribute increases the effectiveness of forbidden alchemy.
Metal Alchemy: No inherit effect. Every rank in this attribute increases the effectiveness of Metal alchemy.
I was thinking, if you use this profession, in the beginning when your creating your alchemist, you can choose what type you want to be like...flame alchemist, metal alchemist, healing alchemist, etc etc.
Skill examples:
Alchemy Mastery:
10e 2c 30r Ultimate Transmutation
ELITE. For 10...15 seconds all weapons that allies in your party hold turn to steel and deal an extra 20..30 damage.
Potion Alchemy: New concept to gw idk will fit so well, for this attribute you have to mix in the ingredients yourself.
Elixer of Life
10e, 2c, 15r
Make a potion out of 20...10% of your blood (This means you sac 10% of your blood), and one feather, choose target ally and heal for 50...200 health.
Forbidden Alchemy:
Resurrection
ELITE. 25e. 5c. 30r.
Resurrect all allies within range with half health and half energy. If you were enchanted while using this spell, you lose all but 1 health point after this transmutation and suffer from weakness, blindness, and dazed, if you were not enchanted, you lose all health.
Metal Alchemy:
10e, 1c, 10r
Transmute your current armor into a hard steel for 10..30 seconds. As long you wear this armor, you gain 40 armor and 2 health regeneration, with 50% slower casting time on your alchemic spells.
Earth Transmutation
10e, 1c, 10r
Transmute earth under target foe into a whirlpool of dirt, for every second target foe is in the circle, they lose 40 health and move 50% slower.
The Alchemist (Diffrent than shadow)
Lawliet Kira
jadedragoon
sounds kinda like a healing ele......
ScryingWind
I like the resurrection skill... tha'ts neat.
Konig Des Todes

@ Profession: That resurrection is waaay underpowered. Light of Dwayna is more powerful, which is a normal spell. x)
I don't think the potion thing would work for a skill... maybe as a new kind of crafter NPC though :P
Metal Alchemy sounds like weapon spells to be honest... which should, I hope, have counters.
Overall, doesn't sound like something that would work well in the GW universe, which I think I said for the other version. Would be interesting if it can be worked in though...
Does seem more like a "joke profession" like Blizzard's April Fools joke for a D3 class being the Archivist, where every skill ended up killing you in the end, and when you chat to NPCs you have a ton more talk options (because the class is senile like Deckard Cain :P).
