how was I wrong on 1st wk I was there checking if he moved. he didnt move til 1130. maybe its in this thread even. it doesnt matter since its already past a few wks now, im not saying that he still moves half/hr, important is ppl have confirmed its 1 hr.

If you have the quest Gift of the Djinn, you can make a nice amount of Djinn spawn (more than how many are usually there). But don't turn it in as that will reduce the normal amount of spawns in the area.
