is any one else unable to access the ncsoft store ?
I'm just getting a white screen when I try to buy the storage panes. I'm presuming that they have been overloaded or something just thought I'd check that it wasn't down to my PC.

Prolly because theres everyone that owns GW trying to get the storage pane, and their hitting the site.
I am able to go through the entire process, but it wont show me the security code and I have to refresh and start the application over again.

I've managed to enter the coupon code but when the next page loads it says invalid coupon code

I'm unable to even get that far along with about 5 other guild members we get image expired or it just crashes

WTF is that about? I have all the campaigns and i haven't got the storage yet.
I am sooo pissed off that they could have just given it to us but they had to make more hurdles just to get ppl to visit the store. Why do they make it so complicated when they cant make simple things work?

This is so frustrating! For such a hyped promotion (the storage pane), they should have thought this through more.

I finally get an NCSoft master account created, but now the directions say to link my existing Guild Wars account to my master account, but does not say HOW to do this...I've gone all through the FAQ and various links on the NCSoft site, and can't see how to link my EXISTING account to the master. All I can find are directions to add codes (which are not valid, as I've already used them for my existing account).
Can anyone help with linking the account please?

I had planned on buying the 4 boxes for both mine and my GF's account but after this I'm just going to buy a couple of copies of factions and register two cheap basic accounts for mule characters instead either that or go find something else to play that actually works.

You can only link 1 gw account to 1 ncsoft account = it will state otherwise that gw account is already linked with an account.

After a shitload of time, managed to create my account but when I tried validating it, it wouldn't recognize the key sent to my email. Tried it again, it error'ed. Closed the tab and I'll try again later tonight.

When I tried the key, I got an error too. But surprisingly enough, it got through. Because when I logged in to check my account, the extra tab was unlocked and there.

Just got back into Guild Wars after a long break (almost a year) and apparently I didn't fix a problem with the in game store I had. For some reason when I set it up I made a mistake and it's listing prices in pounds. How do I change it to dollars? Also, I can't seem to access the NCSoft store online but I figure this is due to the new items added.

NCSoft store has heavy traffic due to the new upgrades available for purchase, as well as the free storage pain deal that ends in a day or two. So keep trying. The free storage pain will save you $10.

The issue is bandwidth. When you get thousands of people going to the same site at once, its going to be extremely slow, if not crashing

It took me 15 mins. this morning to get the free panel. Other than the expected slowness, it was accomplished without any problems.

There you go... I would not suggest to wait until like it's near the end of the month because it could still be slow for the reason that EVERYONE ELSE would be waiting around that time too. Just get the panel as soon as you can and endure the wait.

Because their server can't generate a captcha fast enough.
When you finally get a captcha (about 1 every half hour) when you type in the answer, it tells you eventually that the image has expired.

I have no clue why they wanted to shut down their online store with this .... but I got seriously pissed off with it.

Originally, whenever I tried to add my account key to my NC Soft master account, it would always come up as invalid.
The next day, hoping it was just a computer error, I went to try again. Now, I can access just about every page of the NC Soft website exept for the log-in page.
Anything I can do to fix both problems?

This is just A-net saying "we Don't care. You may get it eventually you may not, but we've done our part. Its been released. It doesn't matter if it doesn't work because we said we would release it, not that it would function when we released it."

Can anyone tell me (using a generic example, ofc) what we were supposed to do for name/password for the PlayNC account? I mean, is the username the same as email, or can you have spaces in it, or were you supposed to put a number in your password? I know I have one, because I bought a character slot last Christmas, but I've forgotten what it was and it'd be a hassle to do the "forgot your password" thing, especially if that need my username.

It just shows the fact that they truely can not be bothered with what we think. If this maintenace is due to the bandwidth issue then its hardly scheduled maintenance is it.
