If you have more than one GW acct. linked to one NCSoft, you can only get the storage

I keep getting the message,""Invalid Coupon Code. The Coupon Code you have entered is either not available on this product, or you have exceeded the maximum number of uses"

I can only do it for one GW acct?

It told me I encountered an error trying to apply it to my account and now I can't get back to it haha. Because I get what you get on the way to do it.

I have 2 accounts linked to NcSoft and it worked on both for me last night. they're probably just bogged down.

I just tried purchasing. It took the code on one of my accounts, and the other told me:

Invalid Coupon Code. The Coupon Code you have entered is either not available on this product, or you have exceeded the maximum number of uses.

I linked three accounts to NCSoft, and I was able to get the free storage on all of them with no problems (besides the site being slow). My guess would be to try it when there's less traffic on the website =)

I got an similar error message when I tried to link my second account. Went back and linked my third account with no problem. Retried the second account and got the extra storage for it. The Ncsoft site is not good. When a problem happens on that site, leave it and restart the process from the beginning. That's what finally worked for me. Keep trying and you'll eventually get what you want.

You should be able to link multiple game accounts to a single NCsoft Master account, and you should be able to get a free storage pane for each game account. We've let the NCsoft team know about this issue.

The thing I want to know is, if you've purchased something (game pak) from NCSoft in the past, how exactly do you find out your NCSoft acct info? Multiple threads going on ths topic but the only one I've seen where an Anet rep answered.

Hi there. If you've forgotten or lost your NCsoft account information, you will need to contact NCsoft customer support via a support ticket. Please note that your NCsoft support account is not the same as your NCsoft Master Account.

If you go to help.ncsoft.com, and do a search, there are some new Knowledge Base articles that provide information on the latest questions about the strorage promotion.

We know the site is slow. We apologize for the sluggishness of the site. The NCsoft team has added more servers to compensate. They're also working with individuals to address NCsoft store issues.

Ok, so Saturday I was finally able to submit a request for login information retrieval. I heard no response, so I attempted to resubmit the request.

Instead of having a similar experience, after filling out the form with my known information requesting the login information, the website forces me to register the contact email address required in request form... I use the email address associated with the account so that they know it is me.

When I attempt to do so, the site kicks me out and says "email address already registered with another account." It insists that I login with the login information associated with the account, but the ONLY reason I'm using this site is to retrieve that login information. So, I create a new email address (brand new), enter that into the dreadful page, and it says it's already registered... An email address that is 25 seconds old, somehow is already registered with NCsoft.

How is it so easy for me to give them $10 for a virtual sex change, but impossible to get a free storage slot? Whoever wrote that loop... wow. Just allow us to use the ingame store to enter the coupon code. The whole idea of the master acct with ncsoft was senseless anyway. If the idea was to have added security, at least offer security questions like EVERY other website on the internet that requires login information.

If they are going to have a form to post questions, and they require the login information, that's fine. But that means that if you provide an avenue to request login information, you either have to make a new form, allow them to create a new master account, provide a login information hint process... anything.

If the opportunity to use the coupon code expires at the end of May, and they never respond with the login information (from four years ago) I wonder, will they at least have the decency to remove the tab from my storage, so I don't have to look at what everyone else has, and I was denied because of a dreadful website?

The mood and tense of my post may seem like I'm ungrateful for the opportunity to have an extra tab of storage. Incorrect. I am appalled at how many hours I can waste attempting to do something so simple as to retrieve login information to a game site, when I can more easily retrieve my online banking userid and password! And all of this is because it is the only thing not incorporated into the ingame store! Sigh...

I attempted to speak with a human being, but there is no accommodation for that in their phone directory.

3 accounts, 3 free tabs. What I did was on the page where it says to apply coupon, I selected "Link New Account and Apply" or whatever. It asked me for e-mail and password on both of my alts, which are now listed under my NCSoft Master account, and which now both have the storage upgrade.

I know how you feel turnyur heddencoff, I had the exact same problem. I was actually able to get the storage on 2 of my accounts, but I cant on my main. And my husband cant get it on any of the 3 accounts he has either for the same reason you posted. I still cant see why they didn't just add it with the update. There are 6 or 8 other things that got people to the NCSoft store to see what was offered. This is just ridiculous the trouble it is causing so many people. I have given up trying to get this on my main account. Im tired of seeing the message "this account is already linked to a plaync account" when I know for a fact I have never linked it to anything.
