I've tried to explore the spots you've circled, right now I'm at 99.7% but alas I'm stuck again.

If u can try and look at my map again and tell me exactly which area's corner I'm missing *some of the spots on the map could be either a mission or an area*, I'll gladly pay whatever the standard rate is for doing this
