If I change my character's sex, would I lose my armor, or does convert?

I dont think you would loose your armour. Anet isnt that mean :P

you do not lose anything for changing characters sex

You will be fine. I changed my character and the FOW armor changed too. Your armor always matches you characters sex. For instance, take any male character armor and put it in storage, then change to one of you female characters and look at the armor in storage. You can't use it but you will notice that it now shows as the female version of that armor.

yeah it'll be absolutely fine, I changed and everything's great much better now lol
