I think every year Anet come up with a different hat for each festival(or two), so I guess it'd be impossible.

True. You can no longer get the demon mask, same as the witch hat, santa hat, reindeer hat etc. The only mask they repeat every year is the lion mask from canthan new year. Other than that, once the event is over, you can't get the mask anymore.
