Reaching and leaving Elona

When some one want go to elona he have to lower the amount of players to 4, in order to fit the max amount of players in kamadan.
The solution to this problems is very simple in my opinion, every elonian char must reach consulate docks in order to be able to have the quest to another campaign, why not use consulate docks and the base for reaching elona.
Characters from different campaigns can have a quest that will point them to kamadan.

Lion's arch breaks parties too, and you can't send people to somewhere else there, because they are faraway places compared to Lion's Arch.

They should just add all Towns in the inter-region travel.
Want to go to Elona in party of 8? Travel to the Sanctuary or the Bazaar.

And no more party-breaking while traveling.
