What is the easiest way to get elite and normal ranger tomes? I know that you can farm the Charr and Pinesouls just outside of some outposts using an SS Nuker but I'm unsure where to find a ranger boss that can be farmed for elite ranger tomes.
Any help?

him and his group can be solo'd with a necromancer/assassin with SS and a shadow of haste. it's very easy to farm
