Someone told me that there was a glitch in buying extra storage accounts and you could get them for free? That would be so cool... but is it true? o.o

That's no glitch that i know of.

I Guess you mean this part:
You can get 1 Extra Storage Pan for Free, Special 4:th Year Offer on NCsoft´s Official site.
The other 4 Storage Pans you have to pay for.

Don't expect to be "cool" and abuse glitches anyhow. Those people get perma banned, and that makes it a bit less cool, hmm?
