Can't link guild wars account to Ncsoft account

Hey there, i'm stuck at the screen where it ask you-
'In order to use your serial code with an existing Guild Wars® account, you must link your Guild Wars® account to your NCsoft account.'
I think it asks me to enter my guildwars account login which is my email and password. However, when i do enter it...it keeps saying theres an error linking accounts and to check my logins and i have, so now i don't know what to do
I have tried it multiple times today and yesterday.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you to anyone who can help me on this

Instead of linking it using the ncsoft site, try doing it in game. Enter the in-game store and try buying some random thing, then it will ask for your ncsoft account, enter the acc name/pass. after that you can go back to the ncsoft site and get your free storage

I was having this same issue - I would enter my GW game account details at the NCSoft site when trying to link my game account to my master account, and it kept saying invalid account.

Support suggested clearing my browser cache which didn't help. I figured out that the NCSoft site didn't like my password because it contained special characters that the site doesn't allow in passwords (.*!). Once I changed my GW game account password to be alphanumeric only, the NCSoft site linked my account right away.

I told Support about the issue, hopefully they add it to the Help section of the NCSoft site.
