Link NCSoft acct with Guildwars

I can find how to do this. I have looked all over NCSoft site and found nothing that has helped.

idk if this helps but i somehow have my ncsoft account acting as my game account with other games still hooked into it (2nd account, etc.)
at least that shows it's possible

If you go through the NCsoft store to buy something (or get the free storage pane), you will eventually get to the point where it will tell you that no GW account is linked to the NCsoft account and would you like to link one. In the box that comes up, enter your GW username and password and click on "Link" (or whatever).
If it comes up and says "This GW account is already linked to another account", you're screwed (temporarily, I hope) like a lot of us. In that case, put in a support request.

Does anyone know how to link a second GW account to an NCSoft account? I tried "Use Serial No." but it rejects all my keys as invalid. Since the above description only requires the login information, I'm wondering how to do it for a second account (without having to buy anything--I just want the free storage pane for my second account, but I don't get the "No account linked" msg because my other account is already linked to the NCSoft account. I want to link a second account).
