NCSoft Account Issues

I really dont get it. Ok they have problems but come on, that MUCH?

The thing is i cant link GW account.

1 - All serials are invalid ones!!!
2 - It says my GW account it is already linked to another NCSoft account (which i dont have)
3 - Logged @support to ask a question, but after question they ask me to create and account.
3 - Contacting support i cant log in because they say i have a wrong id pw combination.
4- Retrieving pw says ID doenst EXIST (OMG).

This is all messed up. The traffic issues are resolved but their info is going crazy.

I really dont know what to do now....kinda lost...

click the Ask a Question tab
once there enter your email, fill out your question(how can i get my account info?)
be sure to type None for ncsoft account
your game account is your email used for the game account
add a character name
add a picture of all your cd-keys so they know who to look for.
wait patiently til monday(maybe)

Well thats the thing i cant, even if i put none it asks me to login if i try to login i keep getting the none existing account or bad id/pw combination.
I ve registered a new account and send an email, i hope i get an answered from them soon.

you have to verify your account, if that dont work, make another acount.

I just found out that while GW passwords hold up to 15 characters, when NCSoft asks you for you GW account name and password, it only allows 13 characters. So if you have a long pw, you should temporarily change it to something shorter in order to get the account linked to the webpage. After doing so you can change it back though. Hope this helps.

I'm never getting my hands anywhere near that webpage again.

No, I have tried all that, except fill out tedious forms that will probably get an answer perhaps next September.

This is simply a completely stupid waste of GW player time.

I am having the same problem as everyone else, and I think you just explained it for me...correct me if I am wrong...
PlayNC is wanting our GAME password? the one we use to log into the game??? What happened to all the warnings saying never give your log in password to anyone? If this is the case, then i am NOT getting the free storage. Call me over protective, but I dont need the storage this badly.
And like I said earlier... Please correct me if i am wrong, because I really would like the added space, but I dont want it so badly that I am willing to give up my game password.

after you create an ncsoft account, you have to go to the guildwars store, select the storage pane, buy now, then you come to the link account page.
it states:

"Your account name should be between 5 and 12 characters, containing only letters and numbers, and starting with a letter. No special characters are allowed."

this is wrong.

your account name is your the email you use to log into gw, with the @ and everything.

your password is your actual gw password you use to log in to the game.

if its longer than 12 letters, change it temporarily.

this should work for you, unless like me, you find out your account is already linked because you have used the gw ingame store before.

However, if you are trying to make a new NCsoft account using your e-mail (the same e-mail you use as your GW account) it will say "Please enter a valid account name. Your account name must be 5-12 letters and numbers and must start with a letter."

I'm very puzzled by all of this... I've been trying to get my Free Xunlai Storage pane for a few days now, and I'm having the same problems everyone else is getting, I can't link my GW account to my new NCsoft account, even tho I have never before made one, nor have I ever used the GW in-game store. Also, no reply from support for 2 days now, I realize it was sent over the weekend.. but still
