used my moms credit card last night played it some last night and this morning then i got booted off and it said permanent ban for fraudulent payment.

Dude I feel for you and I am sorry and it's tue the store has issues and it is also true that support will resolve them fairly (tho without any kind of apology for the inconvenience) but I just have to say it..........

Given the effect the new update has had on NCSoft's site at the moment you could experience a little delay in getting a response from support, but they will get to you

Also, some the security on some cards will not allow the online store to process payment without prior notice. I have one such card, the payment for online store was processed outside US, and it triggered an automatic stop payment on it. So your mom might have to look at this if support tells you that the payment was cancelled by the credit card.
