PlayNC has failed me yet again... After having already NUMEROUS issues with playNC, too much to EVER concider getting involved with any other playNC game ever, I once again get to deal with, what might be, the worst support in the universe known to mankind...
I'll quickly sketch my situation:
About a year ago, I wanted to change some PlayNC data, thus requiring me to log in on my PlayNC acount. To my surprise, the password I noted down for my PlayNC acount didn't work, and so I had to reset it.
This newly resetted password (which took a few hours before the mail actually arrived) didn't work either. To avoid ANY mistypes, or mistakes on my part, I FULLY read the intire mail, did everything step by step, took about 10 seconds PER LETTER of my password to make sure it was correct. But yet again, it didn't work...
I did the obvious thing, I requested another reset... Same problem, this new password didn't work. I had send an email to NCSoft, and as I recall I even made a thread on these forums. Better even, I remember getting a PM from Gaile Gray herself, she's really nice, saying she would PERSONALLY check to see if my support tickets would get resolved.
I didn't get my issues solved, neither did I get another PM from here explaining WHY exactly the password reset function doesn't work on my acount...
I left it at that, because I figured: "It's not like I'm ever going to use this stinkin' website again..."
(And now I need the free storage pane, duur)
I deleted the mails with all the possible reset passwords a long time ago, and hence, yesterday I asked for a new reset.
I checked both mailboxes on my email acounts (I have multiples), because I didn't remember which one exactly was linked to PlayNC, and there is no way of finding out, only to find no email in either box. I waited a few minutes/hours, I think, and requested another email. Nothing happened...
So I then send a ticket to NCSoft, from my main (The one I use in real life) email, explaining the intire ordeal, and asking them to solve this issue.
So I wake up this morning, I didn't recieve any email on my main email adress from PlayNC, BUT it turns out I have 2 password reset mails on my secondary email adress. huray...
I tried both of them, about 20 times, and NEITHER works. I made sure I didn't make any mistakes, I copy pasted it. I copy pasted it to notepad, to individually make sure what every character was (0 and capital o's for example), and still no succes.
ANYONE has any clue what to do? Is just "server maintainance" on PlayNC's part, and if so, will I EVER be able to get my free storage pane? Please don't say: "Send a ticket", as I've already done that, and from past experiences, I KNOW I won't get this issue fixed, or atleast not before the "free pane"-offer ends...

Don't panic. You have a month to get the free storage pane.

This has been a very busy weekend for both ArenaNet and NCSoft. They not only released the GW update but a City of Heroes expansion. They are probably behind in solving support issues. But they will get to you eventually.
