ZB problem - Stuck in Rragar's foyer

After entering Rragar's Menagerie for ZB and clearing upper area, I cannot get the door in the NW to open... powder useless, no key from Warden boss. Exited cave and retried - no joy. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

You need the dungeon quest.

Actually, quest is not needed. I just did said quest without it in my Quest Log, completed it for the bounty, however couldn't collect the dungeon quest itself 'Vield Threat' since I hadn't taken it before hand. No idea why you're stuck.

The likely reason being you went with another person who did have the quest?
