Everything works, except Guild Wars. I used to have it on all mute before, but I would like to hear stuff now.

Check and uncheck the "Use 3D Audio Hardware" Checkbox. I've found that works for me, probably won't considering you took the time to post your specs and everything, but it's worth a shot!
