Credit card blocked?

Im getting credit card blocked error. Even tho i have enough money and info i intered is correct.

And billing adress. Why do i have to enter that? It has nothing to do with my credit card.

ummm im guessing thats not actually your credit card

Its just another added secuity measure they have...its been like this since the begining....

Also as long as its not maestro as they stopped aaccepting that card for some time now.

Its MasterCard and my its my mothers.
She works in national bank and she was wondering why do i need to enter billing adress.

So what is billing adress?

I could also go on ncsoft and pay using paypal but guess what. My account is already on some random ncsoft account which i didnt even make.
And my experience with support is bad and im missing prophecies verification code.

Billing address is for security. I highly doubt that your mother was wondering about this too if she really does work in banking. They check the billing address against what the credit card company has on file. The other part I'm not sure what you mean, sorry.

Billing address is your actual address (home) which the card was posted to via your bank/creditcard company. As your mother would know if she worked in banking

Btw I tried to buy a makeover pack from NCSoft but my card got refused even tho my wages get paid into my account each week. However I entered the INGAME store and was able to purchase the makeover kit without any hastle.
