to make a true birthday event

I know this is kind of late in coming, but as I sit here waiting to get into an AB match a thought came to me. Tomorrow, to really celebrate the 4th birthday of Guild Wars, they should activate all the weekend events just for tomorrow. So double faction rewards for all the factions and extra drops and any other weekend event that I can't remember right now. Maybe for the first time in GWG history everyone would be happy.

Every single weekend event? That'd be a lot of festival item drops.

I really don't think this is a great idea though.

Double Faction (Luxon/Kurzick/Balthazar)
Double key/lockpick drops
Double green drops
Double XP for elite captures
Double SS/LB points
Double GW:EN Rep points
Double Fame

Yeah, I think it would be too much. Not only is it too late for it to happen unless Anet was gonna do it anyway, but it would most likely produce an insane amount of bugs. Not to mention the lag, disconnects, and z-quest problems. Interesting idea, but I'd rather get some good stuff, not too much good stuff.

Because I think the birthday weekend should promote staying in town with lots of people. Like Mad King Thorn on Halloween
