Does this still work? I can't seem to find the best place to start, and what guild hall to zone too.

It's the act of mapping back and forth from specific areas at specific times to gain points towards the drunk title faster, the game spends the points you have (to gain 3 points or so every time you zone) and therefore manage to gain around 25~45 points per minute (instead of 1)
