single ugly grawl??!!

so i spent an hour buying carvings last night asuming that i would be able to just breeze vaels quests..however i cant find him to give me the quest single ugly grawl ive checked wiki and it doesnt really say where he is to get the quest from him ive completed all primary vangaurd quests and completed the very quite quest from him i just cant seem to find his spawn point or im missing something.. any input would be greatl appreciated.if someone could show me where he spawns id be willing to compensate for ur time thanks in advance

p.s ive searched this site also and didnt find a specific place he spawned either

i ususally find him on the western edge of the forest in grothmar wardowns, but that's just me... idk

Here's a map of his spawn locations. He spawns at the red dots for quests that involve him. As a collector at the green dot after the quests.

You must have completed the following quests:

Plan A - Obtained from Captain Langmar in Grothmar Wardowns
Forbidden Fruit - Obtained from Captain Langmar in Grothmar Wardowns
