he was talking about the shield being not moddable, of course perfect echovald shields are worth a lot.

Ye, sorry... I was a little unclear...I just meant that Echovald Shields are not moddable.

Many people assume that if they have a non-inscribable shield with -2^ench or -2^ench or -5/20%, that they can put a +30HP on it, which is just wrong......
