me and a friend are gonna complete every dungeon and im responsible for providing consumables. I just have 1 simple question:
-when you zone in another area for example lvl 2 of a dungeon, will the consumable effect cancel or do you still have the allotted time?

Yes, the effect cancels and you will have to reapply it for every level of the dungeon or when it runs out.

yeah, it's quite annoying. try to avoid using them if the level u are on is a short one. and u guys should split the cost of cons ;-)

he just started gwen and doesnt have rank to make consumes so im being nice =). cant beleive i have to reapply everytime i zone...this might get costly.

I'd suggest not using conusmables when in Normal Mode. Some dungeon levels are indeed easy enough for a decent party to complete. Only when you start in HM will they make a difference, and at that time you've probably completed all dungeons once in NM, and you'll know the hard parts.
