Got a weird inscription but when a ranger is being attacked it should not stand still unless using a stance.

I'll never understand what bows ppl will give 150k gold for, when this would be better merched. The inscription and bowstring can be removed.

Is it only the skin that matters?

Yeah, skin, rarity in the case on inscribables. This one is common so pretty worthless.
