Anet hacked my acct.

This is my first and last post on this forum. I have played this game faithfully since it's humble beginning. My children got me the game as a means for us to interact since we are sepporated by some distance. I had three level 20 characters that have finished all the games and maxed a few titles like cartographer and ss/lb. Solo farming was my real talent and I had amassed a good bit of gold as well as an amazing sword collection. I'm 52 years old and until recently worked 40 hours a week. I'd play a little each day and alot on weekends. Unfortunately due to the economy I was layed off march 27th. Since that time I played more than usual, up untill the day I tried to log in and found I was banned for using a bot. Let me make this crystal clear...I never used a bot and wouldnt have the slightest idea how to even if I wanted to. I've tried numerous times to resolve this error with Anet unsuccessfully. They state I was seen farming a mission 30 hours straight. I farm 4 different areas but I move around between the 4. Obviously I've never played 30 hours straight, however I may have left the game on and went afk overnight since I have more than 1 pc in the house. So just a word of warning....Don't play too much and don't expect Anet to addmit their mistakes.

Can you provide a screenshot where it says this please? Probably thread will be closed soon as this is a fansite not plaync support however just doesn't look right. :P

That's some serious hacking that Anet did there!

If support says no, there's nothing else to do.

What does being accused of using a bot have to do with hacking?

Whatever, nothing any of us can do. Neither does anyone really want to hear your QQ rant thread. Either bug Gaile or go back to Support.

My sympathies man, hope it gets resolved for you soon. Just keep bombarding support, eventually you'll get through. Good luck.

Once again. Theres needs to be an "I got banned" section of the forum.

Just keep emailing ANet support and try to get it overturn. Be persistent. They do make mistakes.

So what if the OP isn't using correct terminology we know what he/she is really saying, common.

That sucks, ive left gw up and sitting round in an explorable for 2 days and didn't get banned, most of the time i get disconneced when leaving gw up for a long period of time.
