i remember go to proerties and forgot shortcut to download images.

Make a copy of your existing GW shortcut named something like GW Image. Edit the target to have -image on the end, outside of the quotes. Like ...
"D:\Games\Guild Wars\Gw.exe" -image

Launching it will download and uncompress all content, but it won't start the game. That's why I recommend making a copy of the existing shortcut, rather than simply editing it.
