Inscriptable Faction items?

I seen inscription on weapons such as katanas and kamas. I thought factions items were uninscriptable. I been looking through GW wiki but it does not state where these type(inscriptable) of faction weapon drops or obtained at. Could someone enlighten me? Thanks in advance.

Some Factions items are available with inscription and quite a lot are not.
There is no official list for those, but I made one myself.

I see. Is Zaishen chest the only way? I haven't even used that once yet. It seems like getting a inscriptable katana and kamas (what I'm trying to obtain) would take forever from that.

Not really sure, but both might also drop from the reward chest of the Factions Elite Missions.

Or simply put, ive used 700 zkeys, never once have i had a katana, not that i wanted it but still, most things are firewater + tonic, take for instance, i opened the zchest 12 times yesterday, i had 7 firewater, 4 brulees, and 1 r13 crap skin gold.

I've used around 300 z-keys and have gotten a req 9 dragon kamas, an inscrible celestial sword, and an inscribable shinobi blade (which is now my main character's caster sword). So you can get cool ninja weapons
