So I saw the other thread and decided to do a PC for my one, I know the inherent mod is bad, on it so I never really tried to sell it...
Lets see what you make of its value.
Eternal shield (gold)
Armor 16 (Requires 8 strength)
Armor +10 (vs lightning damage)
Health +41 (while enchanted)

4 off max.... yes. 25-40k area possibly. Someone may want it as a "situational" shield for certain areas of the game. Probly doesnt belong in a collection since the mods together are not prefered plus again 4 off from max. In the end it IS req 8. R9 same mods would be merchant fodder.
