NCSoft Account Problem

Posting this on behalf of a friend;

He has recently created a NCSoft account to get the guild wars free storage pane. All his details are correct and his email is verified, and he used the same email that he used for his guild wars account yet his NCsoft account isn't linked with his Guild Wars account and there is no option on doing it. I've looked through the support and it says you can easily add game accounts through the NCSoft account management but there is no options in anything I click.

Any help?

Edit: I guess this can be closed, he had an old account that he had forgotten about. Now I have to figure out how to find his old account info sigh, if anyone can help with that it would be great

Retrieving an old NCsoft account details from support is quite easy, and outlined on the support site. The process is as simple as contacting NCsoft support Account queries using the 'Ask a question' feature... then provide them with all the details they need before you can even consider getting assistance (including the 20/25 character install key for the linked GW account) then you can wait for a week or so after your issue is handed over to a Senior Account Support Representative, during which time they will not contact you at all, or do anything to acknowledge they are even aware of the problem you are having and are working to resolve it...

How long will it take for them to retrieve your account info? No idea, I've been waiting for over a week and I haven't even got a preliminary "Hello, we're working on your problem" or "Hi, we need more information about your account" type email from the Senior Account Support Representative... so cross your fingers.

Yeah, my personal experiences with them have been terrible. I've done exactly that already for my mate so yay, hopefully will get this sorted out in 1-2 weeks.

Same Sh*t different day!!!!! lol
I've email them twice and they haven't responed & that been over a week ago also! Even tried to "BUY" an item to add with the FREEBIE storage & couldn't get through ? Keep saying I needed a Master Account & was logged on to the Master Account!!!! (( Didn't even mak it to the point to add my credit card info --> "TG"! ))

I just want to state that this post describes the process quite accurately.

As for my own support issue: eleven days and counting...

lol funny account Problems lol tried to login said password not correct then tried to reset didn't work waited a few days and the password I tried to use in the first place worked.
