Disconnection problem since update.

Since the latest update, whenever I try to download something big with Guild Wars running, my internet cuts out and everything disconnects. I've been playing GW for over 3 months, and this is the first time it's started to be a problem.

I've been trying to eliminate causes and thus am wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar problem, or if I can rule out Guild Wars as a cause and just assume this happens whenever I'm transferring a large amount of data. I've just reformatted, so I know my computer isn't the problem, and no one else in my house is experiencing the same disconnections.

I think it might be you. I am currently online gwguru posting this with guildwars working fine (its minimized atm haha) and with vuze downloading at 400kb/s and utorrent going at about 550 kb/s. gw is barely lagging at all, least of all disconnecting.

we have noticed terrible disconnects since the update. It appears to be local to just one player at a time. I have had 2 sessions where I would go into the "skill bar flashing mode" only to disconnect, reconnect and then lag out again - 5 times during a mish. This went on all evening, even tho I restarted GW, and then my computer. Other nites the same thing has happened to other peeps in my alliance.

I assume it is because so many people are on for the update, but it is sooo not cool
