This is what I've been running using henchmen.
[build prof=E/A air=12+3+1 energy=7+1 earth=7 deadly=11][Assassin's Promise][Glyph of Sacrifice][Iron Mist][Lightning Javelin][Shock Arrow][Lightning Orb][Mindbender][Air Attunement][/build]
Generally, there's no real effort required to kill the foes in the area; the trick is getting Toma to kill them, as you don't get any credit for killing them yourself. Toma is usually pretty good at taking out the first monster in each group, but the AI tends to get distracted after that, and if you're not careful, your heroes and henchmen will start killing things, especially if you've got any sort of lethal build installed. Iron Mist helps to get around that.
There's just a few notes as far as playing the build. Make sure you target the foe that Toma settles on, the only exception being Priests which should be taken out quickly otherwise they'll slow you down. The first foe in each group shouldn't take any special handling, just hit it with a few spells and let Toma chomp it. For the other monsters in the group, cast Assassin's Promise and then Glyph of Sacrifice. Wait until it's at ~25% health and hit Iron Mist. If you cast too early, just ping it with a few Lightning spells to bring its health down. Then, wait for Toma to finish his meal. You can re-cast your enchantments or start aggro'ing the next group in the meanwhile.
I've just been taking the Warrior, Dervish, and two Monk henchmen (a full team isn't even necessary), but you can probably do better with your own heroes. "Charge!" and "Fall Back!" are generally useful and so are Deep Wounds. You'll probably want either an interrupt or Strip/Rip/Shatter Enchantment to deal with Stoneflesh Aura. Apart from that just bring some damage and some healing. Avoid heavy degen and make sure no one is doing Lightning damage besides you.
You should be able to get 2 Juni Berry Branches every time. There are ~15 creatures just outside the village walls, so I tend not to venture too far away. Running out to the larger spawn of Kournans means you'll have farther to run back for the quest reward, and once you aggro them, you're committed to finishing the battle, even if time has run out (if Toma dies, you don't get anything from the quest). With some optimizations, it ought to be possible to reach 15 kills, but I haven't invested that much time into thinking about it.
Lastly, Berry Branches were selling pretty consistently at 1k per unit today, but I don't know if I expect that price to hold throughout the week.
