Post-Searing Catacombs Dungeon

I did a search and couldn't find it, so here goes:

I really like the Pre-Sear catacombs and it's sad to see such cool area unavailable to others. Also, in the spirit of bringing more people to underused areas, this suggestion tackles both:

Add a dungeon near Old Ascalon! This will take you into the remains of Catacombs!

+ Brings people to userused areas around Old Ascalon.
+ Makes use of existing maps currently only available in a tutorial
+ Adds more fun contents to the GW community
