lots of items, phew....all are merch food with a few exceptions:

7) take +5^50 off
8)1-2k/hero
9)1-2k/hero (take 15^50 off if you merch)
13)2-3k
14)1-2k/hero
16/17) take measure for measure insc off - I suggest putting one on jeweled staff for 70-130 scales when salvaged

22)take +30 off, merch (not max AL)
