Where to buy Skills Unlock Pack Key (other than plaync)

I recently updated my alternate GW account but i'm lacking all the skills unlock pack. I'm wondering if there are online stores other than plaync where I can buy all the skills unlock pack for (obvious reason) lower than US$10.00 each.

I live in the Philippines and it is not possible for me to buy here. I can't also buy from online store that will ship my purchase (will take time and i have to pay for tax also).

So any info where i can buy online?

I'm reluctant to buy from plaync coz this is just my alternate account (i already have 3 campaigns and eotn, BMP, Bonus weapons, and the mox and the imp), but if i can buy from other source for cheaper price, then maybe i can spend another US$20 (or lower) for all the skills unlock.

Unless it's changed in the last few days, the only place to buy any of the unlock packs is through plaync or the in-game store.

Nope, not possible. Since there microtranactions, you cannot buy them anywhere else besides the NC Soft Store. If I was you, I would just open a PayPal account and pay from there.

by the way, they add it to your account not ship it

I have plaync account, i purchased my main account from plaync. When I started playing perma-pre, i thought i need another account that i will use to open the gate. so i bought a new prophecy campaign from plaync (GoTY).

when the april upgrade came out, i found a website selling ck key for lower price so i purchased faction, nightfall and eotn (they gave me a free BMP).

Then, few days ago, i decided to make a new character and brought it to post-searing and acquired heroes from eotn and nightfall. then, i realized that they dont have the skills i need similar to my main account. So, i thought i will buy the skills unlock. but i couldn't find skills unlock from other online stores, so i asked here.

anyway, thanks for info. if there is really no option to buy outside plaync, then i will just buy it there.
