Since they are third party programs they are against the EULA.
but, the also are commonly used by people going for drunkard.
I'm also guessing some guilds use them for spamming towns.
But since it is against the EULA, use at your own risk, they can get you banned.

No, they are not allowed. Treating as bots or botting behavior. You'll find yourself banned if caught using them.

Darn it well drunkard is one title im not getting. Thank you all for answers.

lots of people use autoclickers for drunkard in their guildhalls overnight. They don't do it in big towns because some people could report you for botting if you didn't respond. You "could" get banned if they found you using one so it is a risk people take.

i know lots of people who have used them to max drunk title and not 1 has been banned but im to chicken shit to use 1 just in case

i know they haven't been banned because i still see them/have a m8 in guild who fills me in on whats going on.
