In my storage for years, would like to know its value

Skeleton Shield (Gold Text, Rare Item)

Armor: 16 (Req 7 tactics)
Received physical Dmg -2 (While in Stance)
Hp +44 (while Hexed)

Both mods are permanent, thanks for taking a look
