trilogy: problems seeing all three games

bought the guild wars trilogy dvd. installed it. access key correctly inserted. successfully created a character. went to select campaign, only prophecies shows up. factions and nightfall shows as grey and cant be selected. everything is running great when join up prophecies, but unable to use the other two games and not quite sure what is included with the trilogy (ie. upgrades, skill sets, characters, etc.). any help will be great. thank you.

I'm just guessing, as my games were added as they were released. But are you sure there aren't other access keys in the box that you still need to add?

Also, IIRC, when creating a new character I always had to select campaign before I got to character creation. What you describe seems out of order.

If you've started a PvE character, it will start at the beginning area of only one campaign. Progress through the storyline and that character will eventually be able to get to the other campaigns, but it's not immediate access. If you've started a PvP character, it can only go to the Battle Isles, the core PvP continent for all campaigns.

If you've started a Prophecies PvE character, you're in a small world completely separate from the bulk of Prophecies and the other campaigns. Play through the storyline a bit in there and you get to the "real" Prophecies continent. Play through a while longer, and you'll get to the point where you can jump to Factions and Nightfall.

Like LL said you have to select your camapign before you create your character. Are you sure you havn't just skipped a step?

Also while it should be only 1 Serial code, check for box for others.

I reinstalled. There is only one serial code. I go to create new character. Then it makes me select what kind of character [pvp/pve] and then it tells me to select a campaign. That is where prophecies is the only one able to be selected. I have friends who got the trilogy as well and said they can choose any. But they dont know how to fix this. Is there any way to contact actual NC Soft representative to get this fixed? Or can any one give me some ways to fix this problem?

And be sure to have your receipt ready to prove that you actually brought the Trilogy, rather then a copy of say, one of the many different Prophecies editions out there.
