forgot everything

hello everybody.
first of all,apologies for my bad english.
my problem is that i bought the game(factions)a very long time ago and i forgot everything.(password,email,login)the only thing i have is the activation key.
there is any way to activate the game and start again?

But tbh I wouldnt get my hopes up, you might have to provide a lot of details to prove its your account.

already tried support ,but it is like u said, they ask for some information that i dont remember to answer.
well seems the game will be shelved again.

Well it dhouldnt be THAT hard. Just provide a lot of info, full name, address, age, dob, when the purchased the game, the serial number, the names of some of your charatcers, if you linked to an NCsoft account, the last 4 digits of any cards used to buy stuff and so on.

ok i sended them an email with all the information ,lets see whats gonna happen.

I would think the activation key itself is proof enough, but yeah it should not be TOO hard.
