Seems I have seen MANY of the elites posted here: Archer's Signet, Keystone SignetSymbols of Inspiration, Contagion, Defensive Anthem, Shroud of Silence, Amity, Healer Covenant, Light of Deliverance, Mirror of Ice, Plague Signet, Power Leech, Power Flux.
Can't really tell you of any elites that I haven't heard of though since I haven't heard of them. Don't some you ever just look at skills in game even if you won't use them? That's what I do, hence why I've seen or remember many of these "never heard of" skills.
I love Power Flux/Leech but I suck at interrupts and they're hexes too. I have a feeling that they'd get ripped off fast or I'd miss. I wish I could use them.

[You're All Alone!] - used by sins to get a free cripple in their chains
[Contagion] - ever played Jade Quarry?
[Defensive Anthem] - back when Motivation was usable, used all the time in PvP - but without Motivation paras disappeared
[Healer's Covenant] - Patient Spirit abuse
[Light of Deliverance] - this was as common as WoH before WoH was uber-buffed and this nerfed
[Mirror of Ice] - FC water says hai, especially after Icy Shackles nerf
[Shroud of Silence] - this skill was retarded before being wiped off the map, original version was 3-10 seconds which is like Blackout on crack against monks
The rest, I can't think of. As for uncommon elites that are fun to use, [[Auspicious Incantation] + [[Panic] is great fun in RA to jam on teams as they ball up and rush you

WTF - takes 1 second to cast signet, then 2 seconds for spell.

Never had a Paragon, Warrior, or Dervish for long (also Ritualist to some extent). I don't know most of their elites. Just last night I was looking at Warrior elite...I see why they're aren't so good in PvE anymore.
